Information Technology Law
Our work in the field of IT law has been continuing since 2004, when our founder Prof. Dr. Murat Volkan Dülger's master's thesis "Information Crimes and Internet Communication Law" was published. Therefore, rather than being a new field for us, IT law is an area in which we are quite experienced.
Since IT tools affect all legal disciplines today, we continue our activities in all legal areas where IT tools are in question. In particular, crimes committed through IT tools, electronic money, legal consultancy services required by IT companies, contracts made in the field of IT, obligations within the scope of e-commerce legislation and developments in the field of artificial intelligence are the subjects we are mainly active in.
