Data processed, purposes and legal grounds

Server access records. When you visit the site, your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the page requested and your browser details are recorded on the server hosting the site. These records are processed to keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations, on the basis of Article 5(2)(ç) and (f) of the Law.

Visit measurement (Google Analytics). Only if you consent, Google Analytics cookies are used to process your cookie identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser details, the pages you view and the length of your visit. The purpose is to measure how the site is used and to improve it. The legal ground is your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Contact. When you reach our office by e-mail or telephone, the identity and contact details you provide and the content of your message are processed in order to respond to your request. CVs sent with job applications are used only to assess the application. This processing is based on Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of the Law.

There is no contact form on the site. Fonts are served from the site’s own server. Pages do not load maps from other organisations; the videos on video pages are loaded from YouTube only when you press “Play video”.

Method of collection

Your personal data is collected automatically during your visit (server records and, if you consent, cookies) and from you directly when you contact our office by e-mail or telephone.

Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the periods laid down in the relevant legislation; it is then erased, destroyed or anonymised. Retention periods for cookies are given in the Cookie Policy.
